Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at one location: the Yale Peabody Museum in New Haven, CT. Ceremony start time is TBA and will be announced close to the wedding date. The museum closes to the public at 5pm, so we are anticipating starting the ceremony close to 6/6:30pm. Guests are invited to join a 60-minute cocktail hour with refreshments and passed hors d'oeuvres immediately following the ceremony. Dinner will be served close to 7:30/8pm.

While we would love to invite everyone, we cannot accommodate plus-ones due to seating constraints. If you feel there was an error on your invitation, please reach out to us directly.

We have planned a child-free event. We ask that you make arrangements for childcare and join us for an adults-only celebration.

Yes. Matt and Kiah are in the process of organizing a shuttle to transport guests between the Omni Hotel and the museum. The shuttle will be available to all wedding guests (i.e., you do not need to have a room at the hotel to ride the shuttle). Shuttle times will be announced closer to the wedding date.

For guests driving directly to the venue, Peabody parking is located in Lots 22, 22V, 199, and the Edwards-Whitney Parking Garage (278 Whitney Ave). For information on handicapped parking, please refer to the Yale Peabody Museum's website or reach out to us directly. For guests staying at the hotel, the Omni New Haven at Yale offers on-site valet ($30 per night) and covered self-parking ($25 fee includes in/out privileges). On-site valet parking is 24 hours 7 days a week. As previously mentioned, Matt and Kiah are organizing a shuttle to transport guests between the Omni and the museum before and after the wedding. You do not need to be a guest at the hotel to take the shuttle (i.e., all aboard!!!).

We have reserved a hotel block at the Omni New Haven at Yale: 155 Temple Street, New Haven, CT., 06510. Guests are also welcome to reserve a VRBO or AirBnB in the area if they'd prefer not to stay at the hotel.

Let's go funky-formal to match the vibe of the museum: wear bright colors, funky patterns, and fun textures. Come prepared to party in festive frills, sequins, pleats, feathers, and whatever else makes you feel good (though if this is not your vibe, that's okay too!). We have created a separate tab called "Dress Code" to explain these guidelines in greater detail.

We'll host an inclusive buffet during the reception. Please note that due to time constraints at the museum, dinner will be served close to 8:00pm. Though cocktail hour will include passed hors d'oeuvres, guests who are accustomed to eating earlier may wish to have a light snack before arriving at the ceremony to accommodate the later reception. IMPORTANT: Guests with food allergies or other dietary restrictions should indicate this on their RSVP and/or reach out to us directly to ensure appropriate accommodations.
